Monika Juneja is the Business Manager at Enavate Sciences. In her role, she is responsible for all facets of the firm’s operations from origination to execution, with a strong focus on streamlining business processes and driving strategic initiatives.

Prior to Enavate, Monika spent six years at Credit Suisse, where she most recently was the Group Operations Generalist, collaborating alongside COO for the Financial Sponsors and Media & Telecom groups. In this operations role, she was instrumental in developing processes, systems, and procedures across multiple teams. Earlier in her career, Monika worked at Shane of New York, where she launched their high-end retail division, significantly contributing to the establishment of their brand and leading the operations for the business. Monika began her career in the hospitality and service industry, spending over five years in Sales and Marketing with international hotel chains.

Monika earned a MA in Sociology from the University of New Delhi and BA degree in Sociology from Jesus and Mary College, India.
