Enavate Sciences is led by James Boylan, an accomplished health care executive, and leader with three decades of experience. Mr. Boylan currently serves on the board of directors of Immunome Therapeutics, Compass Therapeutics, Zenas Biopharma, Graviton Therapeutics and CAMP4 Therapeutics. Prior to Enavate Sciences, Mr. Boylan was the President and Head of Investment Banking at SVB Leerink and Managing Director, Healthcare Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch and Company. Across his 25 years in investment banking, Mr. Boylan has worked with hundreds of life sciences and biotechnology companies to develop strategy and complete transactions in capital markets and mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Boylan earned an M.B.A in finance from the Columbia Business School and a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University.
